Damages & Issues

Please take a moment to look over your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. We also want to note that tallow is a natural ingredient, and slight variations in texture or scent are completely normal — these can shift with changes in temperature and are not considered defects.
