Damages & Issues

Please take a moment to look over your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

We also want to note that tallow is a natural ingredient, and slight variations in texture or scent are completely normal — these can shift with changes in temperature and are not considered defects. If product is exposed to cold temperatures, it will stiffen up. If product is exposed to warm/hot temperatures, it will melt.

Our products are made with completely natural ingredients and no chemical preservatives — handcrafted to be used and enjoyed with a 6-month shelf life.

Think of our skincare like fresh, whole foods: natural ingredients need a little love to stay their best. Always handle with clean, dry hands, avoid introducing water into containers, and store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
